If due to COVID restrictions your wedding is not able to take place, Your deposit or full payment will be held as a credit for a future postponed date. If your wedding needs to move from 2020 to 2021 for example, the price quoted for your wedding will remain the same and not increase. In the event that you choose to rather cancel your wedding, a 20% cancelation fee will be applicable for work already done and the balance will be refunded to you.
  • Once the deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed and noted on the online calendar.
  • We will then begin communicating with you what is required from a legal side for your marriage to be registered. View FAQ's
  • We will also discuss via email / telephone / skype what kind of ceremony you would like.
  • We will plan to meet for coffee at some stage before your wedding to finalise everything. This can be any time before the wedding.
  • On the day of the wedding you will receive an abridged marriage certificate as well as copies of the marriage register.
  • We will ensure that all the relevant documents will be handed in to Home Affairs within 3 days of the wedding day.
